Peter Fuller

Peter is the founder of Gravity Red Inspires. Peter has almost 20 years of experience within children's services both within private and for the local authority.  Pete is a strong believer that all young people should be treated equally and be given equal opportunities. Sitting within our core values, providing these opportunities is a key driver behind the companies ethos. Pete is a strong believer of community cohesion and has delivered numerous programs of activity including sports events and football coaching.  Away from work Pete is a keen sportsman who coaches a Grimsby Borough under 9's team and loves to spend time with his family.

Karen King

Born in North East Lincolnshire, where for the last 25 years worked within statutory social care of which 15 of them as managing the Children's Disability Service. Karen's commitment continues to be supporting & enabling young people in the community, working closely with families and professionals to develop inclusive services shaped by the children's voice. With a background in safeguarding and local authority training, Karen has developed and delivered a wide range of safeguarding training to a wide range of agencies with the focus on the safeguarding of children & young people with a disability. Karen recognises the impact of additional care needs on parent carers and has worked closely with the carers centre. In a previous life, Karen was a nurse, community worker and ran the local Save the Children branch and in her spare time manages two allotments and researches family history.

Chris Fuller

Chris has been in business for well over 20 years.Originally working within the child care sector for the local authority which led to him setting up a private children's home in North East Lincolnshire. Chris enjoys various sports and music, singing in a local duo. Chris has experience within children services and property portfolio management means he has an understanding of the highs and lows of running a successful business.
